Michelle at was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. She made sure everything was taken care of and provided great customer service. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend Michelle!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. There's one good Technician up there that's real gives it straight. The manager will threaten to trespass you if you ask for her DMs name and number or her Name if you have a complaint. Im supposed to have a conversation with the Area Manager in 2 business days. Will update if it happens. Never use this Firestone. They will only waste your time. EDIT: Michelle the GM called me this morning to basically Gaslighting me that everything they did and said wasn't true. That they never asked me to leave, that they never were going to tresspass me. Hard to deny that when you have 3 people telling me that, and your corporate office heard it. Now they wont answer the store phone to have the conversation on a recorded line. The conversation with the Area Manager should be fun.

This was the second time that I have been very highly disappointed. Ask for an oil change and a 10 plus assessment of my car I was pretty sure that it was getting time to have to have breaks done. They told me that I needed to get four new tires and a new battery. When I left there I went where I got my battery from and they ran the charge and it was fine. And my tires are only a year old they do not need to be replaced. I had these assessed again for another company. Being that I did not feel safe with their work I went to the other Firestone in Brandon who immediately assessed it and said that my brake pads need to be changed immediately. They showed some wear on my tires but did not need to be changed today. I just changed my windshield wiper so I knew they did not need to be changed even though I was told they were also might be a problem. The last time I went to Pearl I was told then I needed a cabin air filter wast bad. This time I was told it was perfectly fine. It hadn't been changed. It was not fine. I tried to make this appointment online and never got a confirmation when I got to the office at the time that I had set up if they said well we'd been busy and we just hadn't

James and Dylan were the sweetest and made sure I was taken care of. I came straight from work and the technician was about to get ready to prepare to get off. They were both kind, patient, and extremely helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

3/23 went in for oil change and alignment. Tech wanted to sell me tires so I said ok. Only question I asked was do you have the 4 tires in stock. They said yes. Waited 5 hours and then michelle asked me to leave.... strange times..
